Call of Cthulhu: Prisoner of Ice is a survival-horror adventure game set in the chilling universe of H.P. Lovecraft. Developed by Infogrames and released for MS-DOS, it follows Lt. Ryan, an American agent aboard the submarine H.M.S. Victoria during a doomed Antarctic rescue mission. When the crew retrieves mysterious crates carrying a grotesque, flesh-eating monstrosity, the mission spirals into a fight for survival against cosmic horrors lurking both on the sub and beyond.Blending point-and-click exploration with tense puzzle-solving and narrative-driven gameplay, Prisoner of Ice expands on the Lovecraftian themes introduced in Alone in the Dark. Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
