The game is structured with non-linear stage selection, allowing you to tackle the four main castles in any order before confronting Dracula. The pacing is deliberate, with careful jumps and enemy patterns demanding your attention; some sections are quite challenging, especially with the limited screen space of the Game Boy. It feels responsive and tense, a solid action-platformer that respects your skill.
