Alright, so Cliff Diver, P.I. - Case 2 is exactly what it sounds like—a detective who solves crimes by hurling himself off cliffs. It’s ridiculous, and that’s why it’s great. You’ll spend half your time interrogating suspects in that classic MS-DOS text parser style (type "ASK ABOUT KNIFE" and pray you spelled it right), and the other half lining up pixel-perfect dives into suspiciously shallow-looking pools.

The sequel adds more ways to embarrass yourself in mid-air—now there are wind currents that’ll send you spiraling into a rock face if you don’t time your tuck just right. The dialogue’s still full of cheesy one-liners, and the suspects? Even sketchier than the first game. I once accused a guy based entirely on his terrible mustache, and honestly? No regrets.

It’s janky, it’s loud, and the diving physics make zero sense. But if you miss the days when games didn’t need a reason to be weird, this one’s a time capsule worth cracking open. Just save often—those rocks don’t forgive typos.
