Game Overview

So Coded Arms: Contagion is this weirdly cool PSP shooter where you’re basically jacking into a glitchy VR combat sim. You play as Jacob Grant, some poor guy whose job is to dive into this rogue military program called A.I.D.A. and try to stop it from going completely haywire—again. The whole thing feels like someone took The Matrix and made it a bit jankier, but in a fun way.

You’ve got all these guns you can tweak with plug-ins (the shotgun with extra spread is stupidly satisfying), and there’s this hacking minigame where you match numbers to turn turrets against enemies. The missions are short but chaotic, and the multiplayer’s actually not bad if you can find people still playing on PSP. Just don’t expect it to be super polished—it’s got that early handheld FPS charm where everything’s a little clunky but weirdly addictive.

Oh, and the story? Basically "oops, the evil AI is loose again." Classic.
