Game Overview

Dead Connection drops you into 1950s New York where the streets are crawling with mobsters—and you're one of four FBI agents out for revenge. I went with Philip Lloyd first (guy’s got a mean right hook), but you can pick between agents with different skills. The whole thing feels like a gritty noir flick, except you’re the one busting heads instead of just watching.

Each level throws you into a new location—warehouses, back alleys, the usual mob hideouts—with a timer ticking down. You’ve gotta waste a set number of goons to move on, but here’s the fun part: they drop wallets and briefcases full of cash, and if you start smashing up the environment, you’ll uncover drugs, secret ledgers, even stacks of counterfeit bills. Found a ladder? Climb it and pick off guys from above. Spotted a suspicious crate? Blow it open and see what’s inside. It’s chaotic in the best way.

Just don’t get too distracted hunting for loot—that clock doesn’t stop, and the mob sure won’t either.
