Densetsu no Stafi 3 is one of those weirdly charming GBA platformers where you play as a little starfish prince—yeah, really—who bounces around like a rubber ball. The whole underwater kingdom’s in chaos again because some jerk named Ogura escaped (again), and now you’re swimming through coral reefs, dodging jellyfish, and smacking enemies with your spin attack. The controls are floaty in a fun way, like Kirby but with more seashells and way more ridiculous dialogue. Kyorosuke’s back too, and he’s still just as useless as ever. If you liked the first two, this one’s more of the same, but with a few new power-ups and some surprisingly tough boss fights. It’s the kind of game you play when you want something bright, silly, and just challenging enough to keep you hooked.
