Instead of knights and pawns, you’re moving Dexter’s inventions and his sister Dee Dee around the board, each with their own ridiculous abilities. Mandark’s pieces? Of course they cheat. Monkey? No idea what he does, but it’s probably messy.
If you remember the show, this game nails the vibe—bright colors, weird sound effects, and that feeling Dexter always had of barely keeping things under control. The first time I played, I lost because I underestimated Dee Dee’s ability to wreck my strategy (which, honestly, tracks). It’s chess, but with way more explosions and lab accidents.
