Play Dinosaurs for Hire Online

Pick a trigger-happy dino, blast through waves of aliens, and try not to laugh when they explode into burgers—this is the Genesis at its weirdest. That floaty jump takes some getting used to, but crispy flamethrower kills never get old.

Game Overview

Ever wanted to mow down alien invaders as a sunglasses-wearing T-Rex with a machine gun? Dinosaurs for Hire on the Genesis is exactly that kind of ridiculous. You pick between three dino mercenaries—each with their own weapons and one-liners—and blast through levels that feel like someone mashed up a Saturday morning cartoon with an 80s action movie. The raptor’s spread gun clears rooms fast, but I kept going back to Allo’s flamethrower just to watch enemies crisp up.

The controls take some getting used to (jumping feels weirdly floaty), but once you adjust, it’s pure chaotic fun. Bright colors, explosions everywhere, and enemies that explode into… hamburgers? Yeah, it’s that kind of game. Not the deepest shooter out there, but it’s got more personality than most. Perfect for when you just want to turn off your brain and laugh at a T-Rex yelling “Eat lead, suckas!”
