Game Overview

Dr. Mario on Game Boy is like Tetris but with a medical twist—instead of blocks, you're dropping colorful pills to wipe out viruses. Each pill splits into two halves (red, blue, or yellow), and you’ve gotta match three of the same color to clear them. The real trick? Viruses count too, so lining up two pills with one virus works just as well.

At first, it feels slow, but once the speed picks up, you’ll be frantically rotating pills mid-air to stop the bottle from overflowing. There’s a two-player mode where you can sabotage your friend by dumping extra junk on their side, which is way more chaotic than it sounds. The music’s weirdly catchy, too—just try not to hum it for hours afterward.

It’s simple to grasp, but good luck putting it down once you start clearing viruses in big combos.
