Play Eardis - Revolution Force Online

Eardis - Revolution Force came out as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, though I don't recall the original developer or publisher offhand. It's one of those early '90s side-scrollers that feels right at home on a floppy disk, with chunky sprites and a soundtrack that buzzes through PC speakers.

You control a lone soldier armed with a rapid-fire cannon, moving left to right across industrial landscapes and alien bases. Your goal is straightforward: survive each stage, eliminate every enemy robot and turret in your path, and defeat the boss waiting at the end. The game uses screen-by-screen progression, locking you into small combat arenas until you clear all hostiles. Signature mechanics include picking up weapon power-ups that change your shot pattern and dodging enemy fire patterns that get increasingly dense. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty spikes hard after the first few levels, demanding quick reflexes and memorization. It feels tense and urgent, especially when low on health and surrounded by lasers.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
