Fighting Basketball is basically what happens when someone takes NBA Jam, throws in a few punches, and cranks the chaos up to 11. You’re still shooting hoops, but now you can elbow-drop your opponent mid-dribble or knock them out cold before going for a dunk. The first time I played, I spent half the match just brawling near the three-point line before remembering there was, y’know, an actual basket to score in.

It’s got that classic arcade feel—bright colors, exaggerated animations, and controls simple enough that you’ll be pulling off ridiculous combos within minutes. Some characters are clearly better at fighting than basketball (or vice versa), so picking your team feels like choosing between a boxer who occasionally passes and a point guard who throws weak jabs. Either way, it’s stupid fun.
