Play Flying Dragon (E) Online
Pick between chibi 2D brawls or RPG-style 3D fights—either way, you’re tossing ninjas and sumo wrestlers around with that perfect N64 jank. The samurai’s sword reach is borderline unfair, just saying.

Game Overview
Flying Dragon on the N64 is one of those weird, charming fighting games that never got enough love. You start off picking between two totally different modes—Virtual Mode is this janky-but-fun 3D fighter where you can tweak your character’s stats like an RPG, while SD Mode is pure 2D arcade chaos with chibi-style fighters. I always ended up in SD Mode because the little guys just have more personality, throwing wild punches and kicks that feel straight out of an old-school anime.
The roster’s got everything from ninjas to sumo wrestlers, and half the fun is figuring out who clicks with your playstyle. (Pro tip: The samurai’s reach is ridiculous.) It’s not the prettiest or smoothest fighter on the N64, but there’s something about the way it mixes strategy and button-mashing that keeps you coming back. If you dig obscure fighting games with personality, this one’s a hidden gem.
