Play Flying Dragon Online
Flying Dragon's got this weird split personality—one minute you're smacking around tiny chibi fighters while hoarding loot, the next you're sidestepping in serious 3D brawls with totally different physics. That ninja who disappears mid-combo? Yeah, I mained him too.

Game Overview
Flying Dragon on N64 is this weird little fighting game that somehow pulls off two completely different styles in one package. You've got the chibi "SD" mode where your fighters look like tiny, angry dolls—it's got this light RPG twist where you collect gear between fights to beef up your character. I always spent way too much time in the treasure box swapping items instead of actually fighting.
Then there's "Virtual" mode, which suddenly turns serious with Virtua Fighter-style 3D models. The 2D/3D toggle is neat—flip it to 2D and it feels like an old-school arcade brawler, but 3D adds sidestepping and more realistic movement. The roster's small but each fighter has their own vibe; I kept going back to the ninja guy who could vanish mid-combo. It's janky in that classic N64 way, but there's charm in how hard it tries to be two games at once.
