I lost my first few matches because I didn’t realize fog of war was a thing—those hidden enemy units will ambush you hard.

If you’ve played Advance Wars, this feels like its scrappier, less polished ancestor, but there’s something satisfying about its no-frills approach. Just don’t expect CO powers or flashy animations. The real challenge is making every single unit count when resources are tight.
