I picked up It's a World Rally for the Game Boy Color back when it came out; it was a 0 release, meaning it was published by the developer themselves, I believe. You control a rally car across a variety of international stages, from gravel tracks to icy roads, with the main goal being to finish each course as quickly as possible.
