Jurassic Park on the Super Nintendo came out in 1993, developed and published by Ocean. You control either Dr. Alan Grant or a velociraptor, each with unique abilities and objectives. As Grant, you explore the island from a first-person view, solving puzzles, collecting keycards, and dart-tranquilizing dinosaurs. As the raptor, you navigate isometric environments, tearing down electric fences and evading armed guards. The game requires careful exploration, item management, and quick reactions, especially during tense dinosaur encounters. It feels unpredictable and immersive, with a constant low hum of danger that keeps you alert.
