Lands of Lore: The Throne of Chaos came out in 1993 for MS-DOS, developed by Westwood Studios. You control a small party of adventurers, starting with just one character, exploring the world from a first-person perspective, screen by screen. Your main goal is to find a cure for King Richard, who has been poisoned by the evil witch Scotia. You'll fight monsters in real-time with swords, bows, or magic, manage a limited inventory of items and keys, and solve environmental puzzles to progress. The pacing is deliberate, with a moderate difficulty that encourages careful exploration rather than rushing ahead. Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
