Leisure Suit Larry 6: Shape Up or Slip Out! came out in 1993 from Sierra On-Line, Inc. as part of their MS-DOS adventure lineup. It arrived during a time when point-and-click games were evolving, with more detailed graphics and, in the CD version, full voice acting that added a new layer of personality (and cringe) to the experience.

You control Larry Laffer, a middle-aged man in a leisure suit, as he tries to win back his ex-girlfriend during a free stay at a health spa. The gameplay involves exploring screen by screen, collecting items, and using them in often ill-advised ways. You talk to characters with a verb-based interface, choosing from dialogue options that usually lead to embarrassment or sudden death. The pacing is slow and deliberate, with plenty of opportunities to fail spectacularly. Playing it feels like guiding a hopeless friend through one awkward social situation after another.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
