Ever tried herding three very different Vikings through a puzzle-filled world? That’s what The Lost Vikings throws at you—Erik the Swift can jump, Baleog the Fierce fights with a sword (and bow, if you find it), and Olaf the Stout blocks attacks with his shield. Each level’s a mix of platforming and figuring out how to use their weird skills together. The Amiga version’s got that chunky pixel charm, and some of the later puzzles really make you stop and think. I still remember getting stuck on the one with the conveyor belts for way too long.

It’s one of those games where failing feels funny—like when Erik faceplants off a ledge because you forgot Olaf needed to shield-boost him up first. The humor’s dry, the solutions aren’t always obvious, and it’s way more satisfying when you finally get all three dopes to the exit.
