Oh man, The Lost Vikings sequel is such a weird little gem. You're still controlling those three goofy Norse dudes—Erik the jumper, Baleog the fighter, and Olaf the shield guy—but now they're stranded in some futuristic alien world instead of just escaping caves. The puzzles get way more creative when you have to combine their abilities just right, like using Olaf's shield as a platform while Erik does a running jump over lasers.

What I love is how each level feels like a mini logic puzzle where you're constantly switching between characters. At first I kept forgetting Baleog could cut ropes with his sword, which led to some hilarious fails. The SNES version has that classic chunky pixel art too, with these bizarre alien enemies that look like they escaped from a Saturday morning cartoon.

It's one of those games where you'll stare at a room for five minutes before going "OH, duh" and pulling off some ridiculous chain of moves. The soundtrack's got this synth-metal vibe that somehow fits perfectly when you're dodging robot spiders.
