NBA Street V3 is pure arcade basketball chaos—no refs, no fouls, just ridiculous trick shots and dunks that would get you kicked out of a real game. The trick stick takes some getting used to, but once you figure out how to chain crossovers into no-look passes off the backboard, it feels stupidly satisfying. I spent way too much time in the Dunk Contest just seeing how many flips I could cram into one jump.

Career mode’s got these weirdly specific challenges—like scoring only with gamebreakers or hitting nothing but threes—that actually make you change up your playstyle instead of just dunking on everyone. And yeah, creating your own player is fun, but half the appeal is throwing together absurd matchups. Wanna see Shaq try to guard Allen Iverson on a neon-lit rooftop court? Go for it.

Bobbito’s commentary is hit-or-miss (some lines repeat way too often), but the soundtrack’s full of hip-hop bangers that somehow make even missing a dunk feel cool. Just don’t expect anything realistic—this is basketball turned up to 11.
