Nicktoons Racing came out on the Game Boy Advance in 2002, published by Infogrames. It was part of that wave of licensed games that tried to capture the feel of the cartoons, something a lot of handhelds did back then. You pick from a bunch of Nickelodeon characters, like SpongeBob or Tommy Pickles, and race them through tracks based on their shows.
You control your chosen character in a kart, racing against others to finish first. The main goal is to win cups across different difficulty tiers. You pick up items, like rockets or traps, to slow down opponents, and you drift around corners to keep your speed up. The tracks are filled with shortcuts and hazards specific to each show's theme. It's not a particularly difficult game, but it can get hectic when items are flying everywhere. Driving through a miniature living room as a tiny toy car feels exactly as silly as it sounds.
