Game Overview

Man, PHM Pegasus takes me back. You're basically piloting this ridiculously fast hydrofoil warship, weaving through waves while trying not to get blown up by enemy subs, jets, or whatever else the game throws at you. At first, I kept crashing into my own torpedoes—turns out hydrofoils don't handle like regular boats—but once you get the hang of it, the speed is unreal.

The missions start simple (blow up that freighter, dodge those missiles) but quickly spiral into chaos where you're juggling sonar pings, missile locks, and this weirdly satisfying depth charge launcher. The graphics are pure MS-DOS pixel charm, and the soundtrack? Peak late-'80s synth that somehow makes dodging torpedoes feel even more intense.

It's one of those games where you'll fail miserably for the first hour, then suddenly everything clicks and you're pulling off insane maneuvers without thinking. Just don't expect modern hand-holding—this one makes you work for those victories.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
