Pokémon DP Dialga (K) is basically the Korean version of Diamond/Pearl, but with Dialga front and center—which, honestly, makes the box art way cooler. You start off in Sinnoh like usual, picking your starter (I went with Chimchar because fire types are always a safe bet), but the real draw here is how the story leans into Dialga’s time-warping lore. The battles feel snappier than older Pokémon games, and the underground mining minigame is weirdly addictive once you get into it.

If you’ve played the original Diamond, it’s mostly the same—same gym leaders, same Team Galactic nonsense—but there’s something fun about playing through it in Korean, even if you’re just mashing A through dialogue. The sprite work still holds up, and the music? Absolute bangers. Route 209’s theme lives in my head rent-free.

Just don’t expect major differences beyond language and a few regional tweaks. It’s classic Pokémon with a Korean twist.
