Rabbit Transit is one of those weird, charming Atari 2600 games where you're just a rabbit trying to find love—but first, you've got to survive a meadow full of snakes, helicopters (yes, really), and butterflies that send you right back to the start. Time’s ticking, so you can’t just sit there nibbling clover.

The first screen’s all about hopping down to a river while avoiding everything that moves. Land on the turtle, and he’ll ferry you to the next nightmare: a Q*Bert-style ledge maze where some grumpy guy at the top pelts you with rocks. Later levels get sneaky—he’ll flip ledges back to their original colors, forcing you to backtrack while the clock runs down.

If you make it through, you’re treated to a quick, totally skippable cutscene of your rabbit finally settling down. Then it all starts over, faster and meaner. It’s simple, frustrating, and weirdly addictive—classic Atari.
