Game Overview

Rampage 2: Universal Tour is exactly what it sounds like—a ridiculous, over-the-top sequel where you play as a giant monster destroying everything in sight. I picked Lizzie the lizard first (because who wouldn’t want to be a kaiju-sized reptile?), and within minutes I was smashing through buildings, eating random civilians, and batting away military jets like they were flies. The chaos is stupidly satisfying.

It’s got that classic arcade feel but with way more variety—you’ll start in a city, sure, but later you’re stomping through alien landscapes or frozen tundras. The two-player mode is where it really shines, though. Grab a friend, pick George the gorilla or Ralph the wolf, and just go nuts together. The pixel art holds up surprisingly well, and there’s something weirdly therapeutic about reducing entire skylines to rubble.

If you ever played the original and thought, "This needs more destruction and maybe some UFOs," well, here you go.
