Rampage 2: Universal Tour came out for the Game Boy Color in 1999, published by Midway. You control one of three giant monsters, each with their own attacks, and your goal is to smash buildings, eat people, and fend off military forces across cities and eventually alien worlds. The game plays out screen by screen, with you punching through skyscrapers, climbing facades, and swatting helicopters out of the sky. Health drains over time, so you constantly hunt for food and avoid hazards like electrocution or poison gas. The pacing is fast, almost frantic, and the difficulty can spike when enemies swarm.
