Game Overview

Rick Dangerous II kicks things up a notch from the first game—it's way more brutal, but in a good way. Rick's got a laser gun now, plus bombs you can actually slide across the floor to set up traps or clear paths. The pogo stick’s gone (RIP), replaced by a punch that feels oddly satisfying when you nail the timing. Some levels even throw in this weird little flying vehicle that speeds things up… until you inevitably crash it into a wall.

The first four levels—Hyde Park, some icy alien caves, a creepy forest, and these gross radioactive mud mines—can be tackled in any order. Once you survive those, you unlock the final showdown at Fat Guy’s Headquarters. Beat that, and you get the proper ending, but you can replay the last level as much as you want if you just feel like messing around. Just don’t expect the game to go easy on you.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
