Robot Rascals came out in 1986 as part of Electronic Arts' MS-DOS Classic Games line. It was a time when many games were built around simple, clever ideas rather than big stories or flashy graphics. This one fit right in, offering a competitive twist on the maze genre that felt fresh for its day.

You control a small robot on a grid filled with batteries and other players. Your goal is to grab more batteries than anyone else before time runs out. You can push other robots around the screen to block them or knock batteries out of their hands, but everyone moves at the same time after a planning phase. The game moves quickly, and mistakes are costly; one wrong shove can leave you empty-handed while others profit. It feels like a chaotic race where every second counts.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
