You collect Scooby Snacks to keep your courage meter up, and you can use items like a slingshot to temporarily stun enemies. The pacing is slow and deliberate, focused more on cautious exploration than fast action. It feels a bit clunky to control, but that adds to the charm of stumbling through a haunted house just like they do in the show.
