Play Shaman King Card Game - Chou Senjiryakketsu - Meramera Hen (Japan) Online
Slap down fire-themed spirit cards as Yoh, chaining combos while that crunchy 2000s synth pumps in the background—just don’t expect perfect balance when your flaming wolf attack whiffs.

Game Overview
If you ever watched Shaman King back in the day and wished you could throw down in card battles as Yoh or Hao, this little GBC game actually delivers. It’s got that same mix of spirits, attitude, and over-the-top attacks—just now you’re slapping down pixelated cards instead of waving around a giant sword. The Meramera Hen version adds a bunch of fire-themed cards, so expect a lot of dramatic flaming wolves and explosions.
The gameplay’s surprisingly deep for a Game Boy Color title. You’ll start by fumbling through your deck, figuring out which spirit combos actually work (spoiler: some definitely don’t), and before long you’re timing attacks to counter the AI’s moves. The music’s pure early 2000s—those crunchy synth beats hit just right. It’s not the most balanced card game ever, but who cares when you’re summoning a giant ghost dinosaur to stomp on Ryu’s dumb face?
Definitely one for the nostalgia crowd, but even if you missed the anime, it’s a solid weird little card battler. Just don’t expect it to go easy on you.
