Game Overview

This is the classic Sonic the Hedgehog we all know, but with a fresh twist thanks to Team Lost Land's hack. You still blast through Green Hill Zone at ridiculous speeds, bouncing off badniks and collecting rings, but now there are new levels mixed in—some are way tougher than the original zones, so don't expect a straight nostalgia trip.

The hack keeps Sonic's tight controls and that satisfying momentum when you nail a loop-de-loop, but throws in some surprises. I got wrecked by a few new enemy placements I wasn't expecting. If you've played the original to death, this gives you a reason to come back. Just be ready for a few cheap shots here and there.

It's still pure Genesis-era Sonic at its core—speed, springs, and that sweet, sweet ring-collecting chaos.
