Game Overview

I remember playing Space Jam on MS-DOS back in 1996, when Acclaim Entertainment released it. It was one of those games that came out alongside the movie, and on PC, it felt a little different from the console versions. The graphics were simple, the colors bright, and it ran smoothly on the machines we had back then. It wasn't trying to be groundbreaking; it was just a fun, straightforward tie-in that captured the energy of the film.

You control either Bugs Bunny or Michael Jordan in a series of two-on-two basketball games against the Monstars. The main goal is to win each match by outscoring the opponents, but the real fun comes from the power-ups that appear on the court. These items can knock players sideways, freeze them in place, or even turn the ball into a bomb. Between matches, you play minigames like digging for sneakers or racing through obstacle courses to earn extra abilities. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly, especially when the AI decides to cheat. It feels chaotic and silly in the best way, especially with friends.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
