Play Spider-Man 3 (Italy) Online
Swinging through Italy’s tight alleys with touchscreen web controls feels oddly good once you nail it—gondolas included. Combat’s a mix of button mashing and stylus swipes, and yeah, you’ll web-kick goons off rooftops more than you’d expect.

Spider-Man 3 for the Nintendo DS came out in 2007, published by Activision. It was one of those licensed movie tie-ins that tried to do something a little different on the dual screen handheld. The game loosely follows the film's plot but carves its own path through a condensed version of the story, fitting for the hardware at the time.
You control Spider-Man, swinging through a side-scrolling rendition of New York and later, a surprisingly detailed Venice. The main goal is to stop the various villains from the film, like Sandman and the New Goblin. Signature mechanics include using the touch screen for specific web-swinging gestures and quick-time event finishers during combat. You brawl through waves of thugs, platform across buildings, and occasionally chase down speeding cars or helicopters. The pacing is fairly brisk, though some sections can feel repetitive. It’s a straightforward, action-focused experience that captures the feel of being Spider-Man in short bursts.
