Some are bright and cartoony, others weirdly eerie (looking at you, Wet-Dry World), but they all hide stars in places that make you stop and think. Sometimes you’re racing a penguin, other times you’re riding a magic carpet—it never gets old. The camera’s a bit janky by today’s standards, but you’ll forget about it once you’re halfway up Tick Tock Clock.

It’s one of those games where you boot it up to grab one star and suddenly realize you’ve been hunting for five. Still holds up.
