Game Overview
Remember the old-school helicopter shooter SWIV? This is that, but cranked up to 3D with chunky voxel graphics that somehow make explosions even more satisfying. You're still dodging bullets and raining hell on ground troops, but now you've got altitude to worry about—turns out flying too low means smacking into hills you didn't see coming.
The missions throw you into these weirdly detailed battlefields where tanks crawl below and jets scream past overhead. At first, I just sprayed bullets everywhere, but then I realized some targets actually matter more than others (who knew ammo dumps could chain-react so beautifully?). It's got that classic "one more try" pull when you barely survive a mission with 3% health left.
If you played the original, the 3D twist takes some getting used to, but blowing up pixelated radar stations never gets old. Just watch out for those sneaky SAM sites.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
