Okay, so Tetrisphere looks like Tetris at first glance, but then you realize you're peeling layers off a spinning 3D ball instead of stacking blocks. It's weirdly satisfying—like unwrapping a puzzle instead of building one. The sphere keeps rotating, so you're constantly adjusting your angle, and matching pieces feels more tactile than regular Tetris.
The music’s got this hypnotic techno vibe that somehow makes zoning out for hours way too easy. There’s a story mode (weird for a puzzle game, but okay), time attacks, and even a two-player versus mode where you can sabotage each other. Took me a few tries to stop treating it like flat Tetris, but once it clicks, it’s hard to put down.
Definitely one of the N64’s more underrated puzzle games.
