And then there’s Bio Tetris, which uses this little ear clip sensor to measure your heart rate. If you get too stressed, the game speeds up—or slows down, depending on how you set it. It’s gimmicky, but kind of hilarious when the game basically calls you out for panicking.
Honestly, it’s still Tetris at its core, just with some extra 90s Nintendo weirdness thrown in.
