Game Overview

So, The Lost Mind of Dr. Brain—it’s the third game in Sierra’s puzzle series, but honestly, it feels a bit different from the first two. Instead of wandering around a castle or island, you’re stuck in Dr. Brain’s lab the whole time, clicking through a map to get to each puzzle. Kind of a bummer if you liked exploring, but at least the puzzles are still solid.

This one’s all about brain science—memory tests, spatial reasoning, weird symbol matching. No more art or word games like before. The humor’s toned down too, though you do get Dr. Brain’s niece Elena guiding you and a lab rat named Rathbone cracking the occasional joke (if you can call it that).

It’s not bad, just… smaller. Like they trimmed the fat but maybe cut a little too deep. Still, if you’re into logic puzzles and don’t mind the stripped-down vibe, it’s worth a play.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
