You pick a fighter and battle through a series of one-on-one matches, aiming to defeat the final boss, Geegus. The game's signature mechanics include a two-tiered attack system with strong and weak punches and kicks, and the Death Match mode where stages are filled with hazards like electric fences and spiked walls. The pacing is deliberate, the special moves require very precise inputs, and the AI can feel cheap on higher difficulties.
