Worms is one of those games where you either laugh maniacally or scream at the screen—no in-between. You control a squad of four worms (up to four teams can play) and take turns blowing each other up on these wild, destructible maps. The terrain’s different every time—sometimes you’re in a forest, other times you’re bouncing around on the moon with weird gravity. And yeah, if your worm falls too far or lands in water, it’s instantly game over for them.

Each turn, you’ve got a tight time limit to move, jump, or fire something ridiculous. The bazooka’s the default, but good luck accounting for wind and gravity. Then there’s the fun stuff: airstrikes, dynamite, even a fire punch that sends enemies flying. Half the strategy is just digging tunnels with explosions to trap the other team. And when a worm finally dies? They explode like a tiny firework, damaging anyone nearby.

It’s chaotic, stupidly fun, and way more tactical than it looks at first glance. Just don’t get too attached to any one worm—they’re all expendable.
