Adventures of TRON for the Atari 2600 is one of those old-school arcade-style games that feels way more intense than it looks. You’re basically running TRON through this maze of platforms and elevators across four different floors, dodging MCP attackers while trying to grab flying bits—the higher the floor, the more points you get. Jumping feels a little stiff at first, but once you get the hang of hitching rides on the Solar Sailor or timing elevator hops, it gets weirdly satisfying.

Grabbing all seven bits bumps you to the next level, where everything speeds up and enemies get more aggressive. You only get four lives, so every missed jump or misstep stings. It’s not the deepest game, but there’s something about the simple, frantic energy that makes you want to try just one more run.
