Armored Warriors is one of those classic arcade beat 'em ups where you pilot a hulking mech and just wreck everything in your path. The story’s got some political drama—Earth pretending to be the good guys while secretly trying to take over a planet called Raia—but honestly, you’re here to punch robots and steal their parts mid-fight.

You pick from four mechs, each with their own feel. Rash’s BLODIA is solid all-around, but I kept going back to Siren’s FORDY because it’s faster, even if it feels a bit flimsy at first. The real fun starts when you rip arms or weapons off downed enemies and bolt them onto your own mech. Nothing like turning an enemy’s cannon against their buddies.

It’s good solo, but way better with friends. Up to three players can team up, and if you’re coordinated (or just desperate), you can even merge your mechs into one absurdly overpowered monstrosity. Just don’t blame me when someone accidentally walks you into a pit.
