Bobby's World came out on the Super Nintendo in 1994, published by Hi Tech Expressions. It was part of that wave of licensed games based on cartoons, a pretty common sight on the SNES. You play as Bobby Generic, the little kid from the TV show, and the whole game is built around his overactive imagination.

You control Bobby through a series of side-scrolling levels, each one a different fantasy he's cooked up. The main goal is just to get to the end of each stage, but you're constantly jumping on giant food, avoiding living toys, and riding on his skateboard. The gameplay is very much about navigating these chaotic, screen-by-screen environments; you'll be bouncing on mushrooms, avoiding projectiles, and collecting items like lollipops. It's not an easy game, the platforming can feel a bit slippery and the obstacles come at you quickly. Playing it feels like trying to keep up with a child's rapidly shifting train of thought.
