Brothers in Arms DS takes the mobile version of Earned in Blood and cranks it up—new missions, a whole Ardennes campaign, and sharper controls. You’re dropped into Normandy, North Africa, and the snowy chaos of the Ardennes with a mix of rifles, machine guns, and grenades that actually feel weighty for a DS game.

At first, I kept forgetting to use the touchscreen for squad commands (old habits die hard), but once it clicked, flanking enemies with your squad felt surprisingly smooth. The cover system’s basic but works—no fancy rolls, just ducking behind walls and popping shots. Multiplayer’s where it gets wild, especially with four players in the mix. Not bad for a handheld WWII shooter.
