If you grew up watching Code Lyoko, this PSP game is basically a love letter to the show—though it’s definitely got that early 2000s jank. You jump into Lyoko as Ulrich, Odd, Yumi, or Aelita, swapping between them on the fly to use their unique skills. Ulrich slices through enemies with his swords, Odd snipes from a distance, and Yumi’s the only one who won’t wobble off narrow platforms (seriously, why is she the designated balance expert?).

The levels are straightforward action-platforming, but the real fun comes from hunting down X.A.N.A. in the digital sea with the Skidbladnir submarine—it’s like a weirdly satisfying mini-game break between the usual monster bashing. Just don’t expect deep combat; it’s more about vibing in the virtual world than complex mechanics.

Fair warning: the controls can feel a little stiff, and the shared health bar means you’ll probably swap characters more out of desperation than strategy. But if you’re here for the nostalgia, it’s a solid trip back to Lyoko.
