Play Dizzy Wizard (1987)(Tommy)[cr Cobra][b][a] Online

You're a clumsy wizard mixing potions that sometimes backfire—freeze monsters with one brew, flood the room with another. Those wobbly floating islands don't help your balance either.

Game Overview

Dizzy Wizard is one of those weird, charming little Sega 32X games that feels like someone threw a fantasy novel into a blender with an old-school puzzle adventure. You play as this bumbling wizard—seriously, the guy trips over his own robe in the opening animation—trying to collect spell ingredients while dodging creatures that look like rejected Muppet designs.

The magic system’s actually clever once you get the hang of it: mix the right ingredients in your cauldron, and you can freeze enemies or unlock hidden paths. I kept accidentally summoning rain clouds indoors at first. The pixel art has that rough-but-lovable 80s vibe, especially the floating islands that tilt when you walk near the edges.

It’s janky in places (good luck with the jumping puzzles), but there’s something oddly satisfying about finally brewing that perfect potion after five failed attempts. Just don’t expect modern convenience—this is pure vintage arcade-style trial and error.
