Game Overview

Ever stumble across a game so weird you can't help but love it? Heavy Water Jogger is exactly that—a surreal little MS-DOS relic where you play as a scuba diver… who jogs. Not swims. Jogs. Through underwater tunnels, past mines, and away from creatures that look like they escaped from a rejected Ecco the Dolphin concept sketch.

The first time I played, I thought it'd be some chill underwater runner. Nope. You've got this frantic energy—oxygen draining, torpedoes appearing out of nowhere, and those tight corridors where one wrong move sends you ricocheting off the walls like a pinball. The controls are straightforward (arrow keys and a prayer), but the real magic is how unpredictable each run feels. One second you're coasting, the next you're in full panic mode because a jellyfish just cut you off.

It's janky in that perfect '90s way, with a soundtrack that burrows into your brain. If you dig obscure retro games with more personality than polish, this one's a trip. Just don't expect to put it down after one run.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
