Game Overview

Ever seen a football team turn into medieval knights? That’s basically the premise here. You play as Arthur King (yes, the irony isn’t lost on anyone), a quarterback dragged into Camelot by Merlin to rescue the real King Arthur and his knights from Morgana’s glass prison. The whole team gets magic armor, swords, and new names—Sir Brick, Sir Trunk, and so on—which is ridiculous in the best way.

Gameplay’s a mix of top-down action and light strategy. You control Arthur directly, swinging swords and blocking attacks, while two AI-controlled knights from your roster back you up. Each knight has their own stats—some hit harder, some move faster—so picking the right duo for a fight matters. The combat’s got this stamina system where swinging your sword drains strength, forcing you to time attacks instead of button-mashing. And yeah, you’ll be backtracking to Camelot a lot to heal up unless you hoard herbs like a medieval pharmacist.

It’s not an RPG, despite the party mechanics, but there’s something oddly satisfying about hunting down Morgana’s lieutenants for keys while your football-player-turned-knights bumble through dialogue. Just don’t expect deep progression—your knights stay the same, just with different strengths. The whole thing feels like playing through a lost episode of the cartoon, complete with cheesy charm.
