Play Lance Stone: Trouble at the Woz Online

You click through bizarre pixelated rooms as Lance, collecting weird junk and talking to even weirder people while trying to figure out what the Woz actually is. The dialogue's either hilarious or makes you question the dev's sanity—in a good way.

Game Overview

Oh man, Lance Stone: Trouble at the Woz—this game feels like someone took a late-night pizza-fueled brainstorming session and turned it into a playable MS-DOS adventure. You play as Lance, who's either the unluckiest guy alive or the only one dumb enough to keep poking at the weirdness happening at the Woz (whatever that even is).

The first ten minutes go like this: you click around pixelated screens trying to figure out why everything feels slightly off, talk to characters who clearly didn't get the memo about normal human behavior, and pick up items that make zero sense until three puzzles later. It's got that classic point-and-click vibe, but with dialogue that swings between genuinely funny and "did they just say that?"

Honestly, half the fun is the jank—the way characters move like they're sliding on ice, the abrupt scene transitions, the sound effects that might've been recorded through a tin can. It's the kind of game you play with a friend just to watch their face when something completely absurd happens. If you've got a soft spot for weird '90s PC games that didn't quite stick the landing but went for it anyway, this one's a time capsule worth cracking open.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
