Luigi & Spaghetti came out in 1992 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, developed by Topo Soft. It was one of those oddball platformers from the early PC era, a time when games often felt experimental and a little rough around the edges. You don't hear much about it now, but it had a certain charm that stood out even then.

You control Luigi, who is joined by a helpful worm named Spaghetti, as they move through a series of side-scrolling levels. The main goal is to rescue various kidnapped heroes by defeating aliens and navigating environmental hazards. Signature mechanics include using Spaghetti as a tool to swing across gaps or attack enemies, and collecting items to open up new areas. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly in later stages. Playing it feels like navigating a cheerful, slightly chaotic cartoon where nothing is quite what you expect.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
